Jenna Will

Having grown up on a farm near Medicine Hat, Jenna understands the unique issues in Southern Alberta and appreciates farming and ranching culture as well as proud family legacies. Upon her completion of law school, she decided to come home to Medicine Hat to practice law among family, friends, and a community she knows, and which knows her as well.

Jenna graduated from the University of Calgary in 2014, and was admitted to the Alberta Bar in July 2015 upon completion of her articles. She has been practicing at Rath Law Office since September 2016.

Although her focus is on family law, Jenna also practices in the areas of civil litigation, real estate, corporate law, life planning (wills, personal directives, and powers of attorney), and estate administration. In addition, she is a registered mediator.

Jenna firmly believes in empowering clients with all their options, a complete understanding of their issues, and active participation in the process and outcome of the matter. She has experience in litigation and has argued at all levels of Court in Alberta, including the Alberta Court of Justice, the Court of King’s Bench, and the Court of Appeal. Jenna can also assist her clients in resolving their matters outside of the courtroom through methods of dispute resolution, such as negotiation, mediation, and collaboration.

While she is not at work, Jenna enjoys giving back to the community. She currently sits on the board of the Medicine Hat & District Health Foundation and is the Former Secretary of the Cactus Country 4-H District.

Aside from working and volunteering, Jenna enjoys spending time with her twin children and Boston Terrier-Pug dog.
